About Me

For over a decade, I’ve worked as a Nurse-Midwife, and prior to that, I’ve been immersed in the birth world - as a doula, childbirth educator, prenatal yoga instructor, labor and delivery nurse, and women’s health nurse practitioner. In every role, I’ve witnessed the incredible strength, vulnerability, and wisdom that emerge when someone is growing, birthing and parenting the next generation.

During my years as a birth professional, I have spent the majority of my time caring for folks who are planning to give birth in the hospital. I know that those 15-minute appointments often translate to only 7 actual minutes with your provider. I know that people often walk away from visits wishing they had gotten more...

Now, as a Perinatal Coach, my aim is to offer MORE. More time to get all your questions answered, more space to process how you’re feeling, more resiliency when things don’t go according to plan, more ease in decision-making, more understanding about what to expect in pregnancy, birth, and life with a new baby.

My approach is rooted in trust, compassion, and the belief that when we holistically care for pregnant people and families, we are also positively shaping generations to come. Together, we’ll uncover what are your biggest questions and challenges, connect you with your values and inner wisdom, and help you reclaim birth as a rite of passage.
